Meet The Staff

 Sally Varner

I started with this practice 42 years ago and our goal has always been the same…. To treat our patients like we would want to be treated. Our staff has a unique bond that we hope our patients feel when in our office. We hope that the experience in our office is one that patients will appreciate. We are often pleased to meet new patients who have been referred to us by our former patients. This, in fact, is the best compliment anyone can give us.

As a registered dental assistant, it is important to stay current with the
ever-changing needs of our patients, so continuing education is important to each of us.

I have lived in Chattanooga most of my life and am a graduate of UTC. I have two grown children who have blessed  me with three wonderful grandchildren.

 Dianne Davis

As a registered dental and oral surgery assistant, I have been with Dr. Schenck’s practice 39 years plus. My days vary from assisting surgeries in the morning to scheduling and checking in patients in the afternoon.

We strive here to make our patients feel welcome and comfortable no matter their circumstances. We function as a team, are proud of our doctor, and enjoy one another not just his coworkers, but also as friends.

Outside of the office, I enjoy swimming, yoga, and reading. I have been blessed with two great kids and a precious granddaughter. 

 Monique Baker

I have been with our practice for almost 27 years as a front office assistant and a patient care coordinator. I am often the first person our patients will meet. I enjoy the opportunity to connect with our patients and to make them feel welcome.  Our goal is to put our patients’ mind at ease about what otherwise can sometimes be an intimidating process. We feel if we can be successful in our endeavors, our patients will recognize the level of care we provide and feel confident referring their friends and family members to us. I have been blessed to have my husband of 30 years, two amazing sons and an adorable fur baby. 

 Jessica Chase

I am proud to say I have lived in the beautiful Chattanooga area in my entire life. Dentistry has always been a passion of mine, so I became a registered dental assistant and oral surgery assistant in 2009. I have been privileged to work chair side with Dr. Schenck ever since and be a member of his dedicated, professional team. In my free time, I love to read, and I have three beautiful children that keep me smiling when I’m not busy helping others smile.

April Davis

I am a Chattanooga native, born and raised in our beautiful scenic city.  I have been a registered dental assistant for over 20 years and have worked with
Dr. Schenck for the past 8.  I pride myself in being a caring and compassionate assistant.  When I am not working, my three children keep me busy and you can often find me at the ballfield or just enjoying my three grandchildren.
